The customer thought to shorten the delivery time by non-standard customization, but the customization also needs a certain amount of time. Customers only want to spot, more entangled, on the one hand, the original encoder delivery time is long and high prices, on the one hand, customized alternative also need time. In short, no matter what form of product, this situation, is a dilemma.
In the field of steel metallurgy, large through-hole heavy-duty absolute encoders are still uncommon. Especially this 60kk series, even the main motor is more heavy-duty incremental. This kind of absolute value encoder can not touch a few a year, even if the agent is not expected to have stock.
Introduction to Customized Alternatives
Our solution was to customize this encoder by replacing it off-standard, using 1:1 application parameters to achieve the application replacement. This is a dual output heavy duty encoder, one SSI signal with a resolution of 8192 and an incremental signal with pulses of 16384 ppr. Both signals are output at the same time, which is a bit more demanding.
However, this absolute value plus incremental 16384 pulse is not good to realize, the difficulty is here. The current domestic chip probability can not support.

The application of encoders through non-standard customization this way is also a challenge for this encoder. After all, the demand is too small, the development costs can not be amortized, usually only after the commissioning of custom development of large enterprises, followed by a small number of custom production.

For traders, the initial customization of such large encoders is not particularly easy. Because there is no decision-making power, there is nothing you can do. Most of the customers have a better understanding of this encoder, only some of them do not yet know that they can notify the non-standard form to realize the delivery.
For this kind of large encoder, we try to purchase the original as much as possible. Non-standard customization for us is not a profit product, just to help you solve application problems.
