fg40kk-1200g-90g-ng and fg40kk-16384g-90g-ngIt is a heavy duty encoder and belongs to the FGH40KK product family. Both models are excellent encoders and are often found in applications such as steel mills or chemical plants.
Today I'm here to document alternative product solutions for both encoders.
The FG40KK series is a double terminal box product with a flange size of 115mm and a shaft diameter of 11mm (individually 14mm). The difference between the different products is that the pulse is different. For example, the pulse numbers of these two models are 1200ppr and 16384ppr respectively.
The 16384ppr's are a bit more impressive, as it's relatively rare to see such a high pulse application. I remember that I once gave a university electromechanical college to do one. The rest is more for the steel mill, coal chemical enterprises also have some. The export part, that is, Russia accounts for more, the other is the Middle East, Latin America, Southeast Asia.
Speaking of exporting a lot of countries, in fact, the order quantity is not enough. This type of product procurement itself is a small amount, three, five, or ten or eight such quantities.
Originally, this product is not our main product, after all, the procurement volume is too small. Belongs to the non-standard customized products, is in the steel enterprise customer commissioned the development of alternatives program. Later, it is a service launched to solve everyone's procurement problems.
