These two styles of encoders are still used in a wide range of application scenarios, especially in the metallurgical and chemical fields. The alternative solution for these two products was commissioned by a steel company, which led to the development of this alternative solution. So far, in addition to China's local applications are some neighboring countries over the procurement. Generally, they are produced in non-standard form.
These two encoders are part of the same FG40KK series and both have a 115mm flange and 11mm shaft diameter. This is the normal size, some customers use 14mm shaft diameter. It is important to check the size of the shaft diameter of your product.

The picture on the left is the actual photo, but before the surface oxidation was done. The right picture is the color after the surface oxidation. Unfortunately, there is only a photo of the back side, because the finished product has been delivered to the customer, there is no way to take photos. Some of our new friends will come over and ask for information about the product, when in fact no information has been prepared. As the purchasing volume of these products are relatively small, we are usually docked technicians, as long as they are familiar with the original product. We are in accordance with the original product parameters for production.
Matching of such encoder products is mainly a matter of whether the mounting dimensions and application parameters count for the same thing. There is not much else to communicate. All products are made to order according to the production schedule, so every unit is up to date.
