Today we would like to introduce two absolute encoders, AR63/1212EL.92SGB and AR62/0012EL.72SG8. These are two series of products, AR63 and AR62, respectively. the difference between these two products lies in the material of the casing, one of stainless steel and one of aluminum alloy.
The other day, some customers are in a hurry to purchase AR63/1212EL.92SGB, and incidentally also want a few AR62/0012EL.72SG8. Around the procurement of no avail, to consult the alternative products. In fact, AR63/1212EL.92SGB itself is a non-standard product, the market stock is certainly not much.
Both encoders have the same dimensions, 58mm housing size, 10mm shaft diameter and SSI communication protocol. Counts as a regular encoder for which we have a complete replacement solution. For stainless steel products, there is just an additional machining program for the stainless steel housing.
The SSI absolute encoders of the 58 mm series, which are our standard products, have a complete solution and do not require additional development. With this commissioned encoder we completed the delivery very quickly, and with the aluminum version we can do it within three days at the earliest.
The customer was a little surprised at how quickly the delivery was made. After all, the stainless steel version of the encoder is difficult to purchase, but I didn't expect us to finish it within a week.
There aren't a lot of replacements in the name of these two products themselves, mostly purchased by ship repair companies. Thought I'd make a note today, the less demand there is for a product the harder it may be for people to find it.
Yesterday, a user sent a message to ask about the starting quantity, non-standard product orders are not much. For example, the two products recorded today add up to less than 20.
