Today, Thursday, to write a note. About two incremental reload encoders:fg40k-10000g-90g-ng and fg40k-16384g-90g-ng. Both are heavy-duty incremental encoders, notable for their exceptionally high pulse counts.
Front-end time, both encoders were consulted, but both times were not many. So, there is no write record notes. Today there are again consulting customers, it is better to take some time to record notes.
What we offer: alternative product solutions.
The encoder products of this series, FG40K, have not always been easy to procure. Even if there are channels, the delivery time is very long. Therefore, a steel company customer commissioned us to develop this alternative product solution. After spreading the word through on-site applications, more people started to pay attention.
Our replacement products are manufactured on a non-standard customized basis and are not in stock, orders are placed to arrange production. This is important to understand. Another reason is that these products are purchased in small quantities, and we do not produce large quantities of stock. Just to help you solve the procurement problem, as soon as possible into production.
The installation dimensions and application parameters of the alternative product solutions are one to one. I'll post the physical product photos below for your reference.

The picture above, is the physical picture of our alternative products. After the application of several steel mills, the overall feedback is not bad. As people keep spreading the word, the alternative product has been known by the neighboring countries. Russia, the Middle East, Indonesia and some other countries have good feedback.
In short, you don't have to worry about quality.
Since the launch of this blog, we have mainly documented some of the difficult to source products and discontinued replacements. Due to the wide range of encoder coverage, many of our standard products have not been recorded in time for release. If you have related needs, you can contact me. We have some advantages in the field of absolute encoders.
