Introduction to Customized Alternatives

Customized replacements are developed in the form of 1:1 parameter reproductions, basically restoring the original encoder product. The entire encoder is designed and reproduced with a 75mm aperture, and the electrical and mechanical solutions are identical. Only in other aperture sizes, we give the conversion sleeve program. Use Teflon to produce the corresponding size of the conversion sleeve, 38-75mm.

Overall, most customers need a 75mm hole size, which makes it quicker. Even if there is a need for other hole sizes, the conversion bushings are not too much trouble to machine.

Since this custom solution is a full size reproduction, there is nothing more to explain. The custom replacement encoder is a flat replacement for the original brand encoder. The feedback has also been better over the time that the customer has been applying it.

Customized are produced through the non-standard form of processing, the material is more sufficient. For example, the material used in the mechanical shell, we use aluminum ingot milling process, more durable. The original brand products are produced by die-casting process. Non-standard production quantities are small, can not use the die-casting process, can only use the higher cost of the program. Overall, it helped the customer to solve the application problem.

Precautions and delivery time

As this encoder is produced in a non-standard form, it is basically produced on demand. Therefore, we are not stocked. Each customer's product is processed once according to the process. This should be noted that there is no stock. Mainly low demand, no way to do inventory. So far we have only done three big customers, the others are one or two pieces of demand.

Therefore, we do have a production lead time. Specifically according to the actual situation to communicate, we will give a suitable delivery time according to the current scheduling.
