When we first received an inquiry about this encoder model, we realized that it was discontinued. The customer was far away from Russia and wanted it urgently because the machine had stopped working. It was a worrying problem.
We looked at the original encoder's manual and realized it was a through-hole absolute encoder. Such similar products are rare on the market. We immediately accepted the commission to develop a replacement and decided to create a replacement product for this customer.

Read through the manual to learn: ATM90-PXG13X13, theSick EncoderShaft hole size is 16mm, resolution is 8192*8192, Profibus-DP communication protocol.
This clarifies the parameters, and it's a good thing.
We have redeveloped the mechanical solution based on the existing electrical solution to achieve a 1:1 replacement in terms of mounting dimensions and application parameters. Let's take a look at the finished product.

These two encoders are only a little different in appearance, they are identical in application. Direct replacement of the original application is sufficient.
