This encoder has a flange size of 115mm and a shaft size of 11mm. the mounting dimensions are fine with these. The main reason is that the purchasing quantity is too small, just a few units at a time, and we have to do it all over again every time. The quantity is too small and can not do inventory, the next purchase do not know what is there again.

Delivery time and precautions
The lead time for this product is best communicated and reconfirmed. If it happens to meet with other customers who are doing customization, the delivery time will be faster. In short, enough delivery time in advance, and then report the delivery time to the customer.

There are two shaft sizes for this encoder, 11mm for regular use and 14mm for individual use. 14mm shaft size is rarely used, but it is important to confirm. Especially for export customers, the error tolerance is low and the cost of replacing the shaft is high, so try to communicate well.
The shaft size issue has come up once before. So, let's pay attention to it. Confirmation is also relatively simple, let the customer measure the original shaft size can be, or he has the original manual to match can also.
