DAB58-M360WB01, an analog absolute encoder replacement program note (DAB65/66)

This is a model introduced by TWK in 2006 and is an absolute valueanalog encoder. This time the customer inquired about the 58 series product, model number: DAB58-M360WB01.

First is the mounting size, it has a 58mm flange with a 6mm shaft diameter and belongs to the synchronized flange series. It has a 12pin plug side outlet. It's not too complicated in terms of dimensions, it's a more conventional look.

Then there is the application parameter. This encoder is a 12bit resolution, i.e. 4096. it is a single-turn absolute encoder.

With this data in hand, we follow these parameters to match the program.

We start with a 58mm synchro flange based on the flange form, with a 6mm shaft, and a 58mm housing. This set of hardware is basically going to be complete. Then, after designing out the same scheme with a 12bit circuit, it's done. Finally, we used an M23-12pin airline plug as a linking piece.

Thus, one of our alternatives is complete.

Ditto for the DAB65 and DAB66 series, where substitution is accomplished in this manner.
