CRD65-4096R4096C2Z01 This encoder has a solid shaft of 12 mm, a flange of 64.5 mm and a tab section of 45 mm. with these dimensions we can develop alternatives.
We first make a piece of the corresponding flange according to the dimensions by machining center equipment, and then machine the corresponding solid shaft. Finally, it is matched to the encoder housing of our 58mm series. In this way, the replacement of the appearance is solved.
Then, using a profibus-dp circuit design that we have a development base for, it is debugged and installed by a technician. Finalize the alternative design.
The difference is that some of the original products do not have base connectors. And for our customized products, the base connector is a standard match.
In other words, we used an alternative solution with a 64.5mm flange plus a 58mm OD finish.
This program, in recent years, has been used more in the metallurgical industry and the feedback has been very good. As long as the technicians can replace the GSD file, it is a perfect match.
