This is a model introduced by TR company, the communication protocol is SSI. from the resolution point of view is a common parameter absolute encoder, the resolution is 4096*4096. however, the difficulty is that its flange is an irregular large flange. Flange size is: 106mm, this size is not common. Therefore, it is more difficult to find a product to supplement the emergency.
The other thing is that this encoder has a solid shaft size of 12mm and a 2.5 keyway. These data are a little more difficult to load together. All in all, an unconventional encoder product.
Good thing we have this product related information, in the first time to arrange the production technology through the information drawing flange production drawings. At the time of writing this article, the drawings have been done, has been sent to the workshop machining center waiting for production. Doomed to be a sleepless night, the customer's production situation is in urgent need of encoder solution.
Meanwhile, our electrical techs are already testing circuits and internal structural components. This aspect of the work is relatively okay, after all, there is a development base. Only the basic tests need to be completed, waiting for the flange housing to be assembled before doing the final tests.
