He wanted us to help with an alternative application solution.
This is a B10 flange encoder with a size of 115mm, we have customized a similar product before, the difference is the pulse. This encoder has a pulse of 1024ppr, and the one that was made was 1000ppr. For us, it's not a big problem. As long as we solve the pulse, it will be exactly the same.
Our machining centers still have the previous production data drawings, which allow us to produce the corresponding hardware in an easy way. Our technicians solved the circuit problems and processed the pulses correctly. The replacement of the encoder is now ready and almost perfect.
The customer is a steel company, the use of this encoder is also more, coupled with the preparation of spare parts, this time the need for seven or eight units. This small order basically within a month can easily solve the production delivery problem.
Since last year, the other products of this model series also have customers to consult the customization one after another. There is also a problem of official delivery, do not know in what reason the official product delivery time is very long, many customers can not wait for the time.
We plan to have more hardware in stock for the second half of the year in case we have customers who need it urgently. It also depends on our production schedule, if we can spare some time we will do some spare parts export.
