RSI594 1042801-01/1042801-02: Encoder Replacement Models Customized Production Introduction

This recording is for two encoder models of the RSI594 series, namely1042801-01and1042801-02. Both models are 58mm OD encoders.

Although, both are 58mm OD encoders. However, the flange is different from other products. Therefore, many encoders of similar size cannot be directly replaced.

Last month, a shipment of replacement models was sent to Russia. There were also inquiries from domestic customers this morning, so I added a note to document this.

Both are incremental encoders, one pulse for 100ppr and one pulse for 1000ppr. The solutions we offer for the replacement models are produced 1:1 according to the original parameters. It is an exact replica of the original model.

Replacements for both models have actually been offered to customers for several years. Due to the relatively niche nature of the demand, very few releases have been made about them. After all, none of these types of commissioned orders are particularly large in volume.

But then again, these two products are not particularly easy to source. Many of those in need were unable to find suitable alternatives. At the suggestion of today's customer, this note was written to facilitate future retrieval by customers in need.

These two products, from our point of view do not particularly need to be accounted for. They are basically replica prototypes, which makes them easier for everyone to use.
