Customized Replacement Notes for Old Model CEV65M-110-03075 Absolute Encoder

CEV65M-110-03075 is a very old model. The communication protocol is RS485 and the resolution is 512512. such a low resolution encoder is rare nowadays, basically it is 40964096 to start with.

The customer consultant product alternatives, mainly procurement difficulties. When I look at this to the information text on the time, only to find that this is a dual output encoder. RS485 protocol encoder to do dual output is not much now, generally a wire or M23 plug can be.

Since the customer did not have a technician, he wanted to use the same connection. We obliged and finally gave an alternative solution.

The first is to solve the flange problem, this is a 65mm clamping flange. 10mm solid shaft, which is also considered a conventional size, TR encoders replace more will find that the 65mm flange is their standard.

Then we link the 65mm flange through the 58mm shell. This way an exterior structure is completed. The main thing here is the internal electrical structure, which needs to be adjusted for 512*512 resolution. This part is handled well by our technicians.

Finally, we have completed this relatively simple substitution.

There are actually many alternatives for this older encoder. It's just that the customer chose the most difficult one. It would have been simpler to solve the problem with a separate wire out, or less complicated with an M23 connector. With the original dual output outlet, an extra plug needs to be made.

It doesn't matter, it's just a little more trouble.
